About The Viral Garden
The Viral Garden is an independent buying-guide site about backyard greenhouses and the gear that goes with them.
We help you choose a greenhouse that fits your yard, then cover it, heat it, cool it and fill it with shelves.
You don't need to know greenhouse jargon. We explain the terms that matter, like cover type, panel thickness, wattage and airflow, in plain words.
What we cover
Our guides cover portable, lean-to, walk-in and tunnel greenhouses, plus plastic sheeting, replacement covers, polycarbonate panels, heaters, exhaust fans, thermometers and shelves. We also write how-to guides on placing, anchoring and setting up a greenhouse.
How we work
We read the product details, specs and maker information for each product we cover. We also look at what buyers often say after using one.
Then we turn it into plain guides, side-by-side comparisons and clear picks. You can read more on our How we research page.
What we don't do
We don't sell greenhouses or garden gear, and no brand pays us to rank its products.
We aren't affiliated with any greenhouse maker or store.
We don't claim to have tested every product ourselves. When we pick something, we say why, based on its specs, its features and buyer feedback.
How we earn money
Some links on this site go to stores like Amazon. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
That never changes which products we pick. Our affiliate disclosure has the details.
